We are pleased to announce that Pam Hett was re-elected President of our organization and that Alice Benjamin garnered the majority of votes to remain a member at large. Thanks to Alice and Jim Hoerst for their thoughtful campaigns.

- June 28 – Community Observer Training – Zac Egan, La Migra Watch of Dona Ana. Hotline number is 575-579-5790.
- July 12 – July 12th General Meeting will be jam packed – the tri-fecta of meetings, starting off with collecting school supplies for the kids in the LCPS system (see list of items needed under Features tab), followed by a presentation on Project Jupiter – Where Are we Going, and finally an interactive discussion. Ending with an old fashioned “Front Porch Social” in celebration of our countries 250th birthday. Regardless of how we are feeling about our country at the moment, let’s celebrate what we know it can be and what it will be again!

1) Due to the 4th of July holiday, First Friday Downtown has been rescheduled for Friday, July 10th
2) Saturday Protest at Corner of Lohman and Walnut will meet on Saturday, July 4 from 9:30 to 11:00. Hope to see you there!
3) Treasurer Update: The Steering Committee would like to thank Jan Hertzsch for his service as our Treasurer. Jan has decided to step down due to a heavy travel schedule but will continue to do our bookkeeping while we recruit for the Treasurer position. 4) OutReach Update: Indivisible Las Cruces is looking to expand and help our southern communities in the Chaparral area. We are having a planning meeting in Chaparral on July 15 at 9am. If you are interested in attending, please email indivisiblelcnm@gmail.com for meeting address.
